Welcome to Papercut Patterns!

The purpose of this Terms & Conditions page is to explain the terms of use for our website and products. By using this website or purchasing a product you agree to abide and be bound by the terms listed below. We reserve the right to change or modify these at any time without prior notice. Please note that these terms and conditions are for the Papercut Patterns site only.

Refunds and Returns

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused patterns within 10 working days of purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. We do not accept returns on used items, sale items or downloaded PDF files.

We test all our patterns extensively. Still, mistakes can happen to everyone, so if your return is a result of an error on our part, we will replace or repair the pattern at our own expense. We can however not accept responsibility for materials used and related costs. We reserve the right to ask for a proof of purchase before repairing.

Please kindly let us know about any errata you come across, so we can make improvements where needed. Please check our errata page for updates on patterns. Thank you.

Customs Charges

Please note that our International Shipping rates (i.e. for all orders outside New Zealand) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be due upon entry into the destination country. Papercut Patterns holds no responsibility for any such charges; when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Pattern Updates & Errata

Pattern Updates:

Growth is important. Over time, we may update our patterns and products to improve usability and maintain branding consistency.

If you have purchased a pattern that has since been updated (not due to error), replacements will not be issued.

Much like if your favourite peanut butter brand adjusted their recipe, it doesn’t mean you’re eligible for a free jar.

Updates may include but are not limited to additional sizes, tweaks and overall improvements to increase the product value. This goes for all PDF, printed and physical products.

Errata:

The quality and accuracy of our patterns means everything to us. Unfortunately, humans sometimes make mistakes. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally a pattern may need tweaking.

If you do find a mistake on your pattern, please check here for the latest update. If you don't find what you're after, please let us know by emailing our team here - info@papercutpatterns.com

Thank you for your understanding!
