Part Time Office Administrator

We’re looking for an Administrator to join us and take responsibility for a range of tasks related to the production and sales process as well as creating a fabulous customer experience.

Committed to providing our customers with an exceptional online experience our goal is to provide the quickest possible response time to orders and enquiries by constantly looking for new ways to improve our service.

The role offers lots of variety - from processing orders, working with production staff, responding to customer enquiries and providing technical advice through to updating the website and assisting with marketing related activities.

We’re looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic person with great communication skills. An experienced customer service person you’ll bring to the role strong administration skills, a proactive, unflappable approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

To really be successful you’ll need to enjoy getting to know our products so that you can assist customers to select the right products and will know how to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all over the world to create a great online experience.

Ideally you’ll bring to the role strong computer and MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. The ability to work with a variety of social media platforms would be an advantage. Sewing knowledge would be bonus.
