DISPATCH                        

Our goal is to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your items have been delivered to the specified address, Papercut is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders. If you would like your order to be signed for upon arrival, please specify in the notes at checkout. This will also incur an excess shipping fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping should take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible that your order may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information is only available for DHL express shipping.

 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

International Shipping charges (all orders outside New Zealand) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be due upon entry into the destination country. 

Depending on the destination and product you have purchased, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Papercut Patterns is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. 

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse a shipment due to the cost of customs duties and taxes, this amount will be deducted from your return upon arrival back to New Zealand. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted. 

To comply with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Returns may only be made via Papercut Patterns. Any purchases made through a retailer will need to be returned via the original store the product was purchased from. Please take note of the individual retailer's returns policy upon purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

All returns and exchanges must be correctly packaged with the original order number referenced clearly on the outside of the parcel, and sent to:
