SUSTAINABILITY

 

We believe in working hard to use only 100% recycled and recyclable materials. Our focus is to continue limiting our environmental impact by reducing, reusing and recycling.
As a Papercut customer, we ask that you please recycle any left over paper scraps to keep our earth clean, green and beautiful.
Obviously we’re not perfect, but as we all know, there is no Planet B. So, as manufacturers we are committed to doing the best we can to be a more eco responsible business everyday. It’s not only cool to care about our environment, it’s the right thing for everyones future. Sustainability is not the work of one, but the work of many.

Everything that happens at Papercut, happens right here in our New Zealand based studio. From design, sampling, shooting, production, manufacturing and dispatch. Keeping things on home soil is really important to us.
 
PATTERN SHEETS

Our patterns are printed onto 100% bio-degradable newsprint.

All fibre used to make newsprint in NZ is waste or by-product from sustainable softwood recourses. All pulp used is Total Chlorine Free (TCF). 

Our newsprint is rolled onto cardboard tube which we recycle.

We recycle our scraps, often using them for packing large orders.

Recycled paper produced of 100% recovered fibre.

Manufactured without chlorine bleaching, high whiteness thanks to a special converting process for recovered fibre.

Based on bioenergy and local sourcing. Closed loop; no landfill.
